Workflow Status color configuration is a priority

All custom statuses use color blue, it may end up as multiple statuses with same color which defeats the purpose.

Workflow - Audit trail for activity tracking

Workflows wants the audit trail for tasks / different activity ex sending someone a document tracking where that is at. Ex. managing invoices through their steps and through finance system
