Allow Users to Change the Project Number Field for all Projects

Several customers have requested the ability to change the auto-assigned Project Number for projects to keep better consistency with current internal record-keeping and reporting processes. They already have project numbers assigned internally, but do not have a way to reflect those in Essentials.
