Onboarding guides should be made more conversational

On selecting the role of the user a possible branching option could make sense with paths for different roles

Evaluate options for branching guides based on roles or interest of the user. Multiselect of roles with info icon describing the roles.

Create password page does not say anything about activate account

The connection between the email and the create password page is lost, users should have consistent messaging

Revamp the existing activation email content, it is very plain and not engaging
